- Casual, Half-Day Fridays
- Tuesday Lunch-on-Us
- Team Collaboration on customer matters
- Draft well-prepared pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and orders
- Advocate effectively on behalf of clients
- Resolve and prevent legal issues for clients
- Collaborate closely with paralegals and lead attorneys to expedite family litigation processes
- Handle, respond to, and request discovery
- Represent clients in hearings and trials related to custody, support, and property matters
- Participate in mediation sessions
- Negotiate with opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
- Preferably has experience in Family Law
- Preferably has experience in Legal Clinic
- Will assist in handling all aspects of family law cases from initial pleadings to post-judgment
- Should have 0-3 years of experience
