Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to manage all aspects of personal injury cases, from the initial client intake to trial preparation and representation in court. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to individuals who have suffered injuries due to accidents, negligence, or other personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake and Consultation:
  • Conduct initial client consultations to assess the validity of personal injury claims.
  • Gather information, evidence, and documentation related to potential cases.
  • Provide clients with clear explanations of legal rights, processes, and potential outcomes.

Case Evaluation and Strategy:Analyze and evaluate the merits of personal injury cases.
  • Develop a legal strategy and action plan for each case.
  • Advise clients on the best course of action, including potential settlements or pursuing litigation.

Legal Research and Document Preparation:
  • Conduct thorough legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law
  • Prepare legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed within established deadlines.

Negotiation and Settlement:
  • Negotiate with opposing parties, insurance companies, and other legal representatives to achieve fair settlements.
  • Review settlement offers and advise clients on the best course of action.

Trial Preparation and Representation:
  • Prepare clients and witnesses for trial, including mock trials, depositions, and testimony.
  • Represent clients in court during pre-trial motions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
  • Present persuasive arguments and evidence to judges and juries.

Legal Compliance:
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and regulations.
  • Ensure all legal actions are conducted in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD): A valid law degree from an accredited law school.

Bar Admission: NJ

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in handling personal injury cases

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable settlements.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
