An Appeals, Bankruptcy Law Firm is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2 yearsof litigation experience to join our Professional Liability Group in our Hackensack, New Jersey office. Professional liability (non-medical) experience preferred. EOE
Position Requirements:
- Strong research skills
- Strong writing skills
- Experience with discovery, including review of documents and preparation of discovery responses production
- Experience drafting and arguing multiple dispositive and non-dispositive motions a plus
- Admission to the NJ bar required
