Our NJ Office seeks an attorney to join our Asbestos/Talc/General Liability departments. Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in civil defense litigation. The candidate will be expected to regularly handle court appearances and depositions, review documents collected in preparation for litigation, draft pleadings, discovery demands/responses, and briefs, prepare correspondence, and conduct legal research. The candidate must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
