We are looking for a dynamic trial attorney to join our team of experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate will be a proven litigator with extensive trial experience either as a prosecutor or defense attorney.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Criminal Defense Attorney based in Folsom, CA. The primary responsibilities include representing clients in legal proceedings, crafting defense strategies, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and advocating in court on behalf of clients. The attorney will work closely with clients to provide guidance and ensure their rights are protected throughout legal processes.

Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Criminal Defense Law, Criminal Defense, and Criminal Law
Extensive trial experience. Proven litigator
Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting arguments and drafting legal documents
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities
Licensed to practice law in California
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Previous experience in criminal law practice or litigation is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
