Overview:
Our personal injury law firm is seeking an Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who has gained hands-on experience in pre-litigation and demand writing and is looking to continue developing their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation phase with appropriate support from case managers
Draft, review, and finalize comprehensive demand packages
Analyze medical records, billing documentation, and liability evidence to support case strategy
Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and advocate effectively for favorable client outcomes
Provide clients with strategic guidance on case progress, valuation, and settlement options
Perform legal research and case analysis to support case development and resolution
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all case activity and communications within the firm's case management system (Filevine)

Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience PI focus at minimum
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Supportive and collaborative
Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Comfortable using computers and legal software; experience with Filevine is a plus
