Position Summary:The ideal attorney will have at least two (2) years of litigation experience and excellent writing skills. You will be responsible for a limited number of cases and have direct hands-on experience drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, and handling various legal proceedings such as depositions, mediations, and representing clients in court. Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Strong writing and legal drafting skills
- Proficient in legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Experience in employment law preferred
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and procedures
