Couch White, LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Counsel, or Partner-level attorney to join our growing Corporate and Commercial Transactions Team.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with significant experience leading mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and complex business matters who is seeking a collaborative platform to grow their practice and deepen client relationships. Although headquartered in Albany, the Firm offers a flexible hybrid work environment, including access to the firm's New York City office. Attorneys based outside the Capital Region can primarily work from New York City, with anticipated travel to Albany approximately once per month.

Our team represents regional, national, and international clients across a broad range of industries. The successful candidate will serve as a lead advisor to clients, manage sophisticated transactions, and work closely with attorneys across the firm's complementary practice areas.

Qualifications:

Significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, commercial agreements, and related business matters
Ability to independently lead transactions and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
Practical, business-focused approach to client counseling
Business development experience and client origination success preferred
