Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, business formations, and corporate governance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
Serve as a key legal advisor to the company, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate the company's growth and protect its interests.

Requirements:

Active Ohio bar license.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate transactional law.

Strong expertise in managing a diverse range of corporate legal matters.
