A Full-Service Business Law Firm seeks an associate with four to eight years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice based in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton, Ohio. Experience representing clients in labor and employment litigation and general employment counseling is required. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a full range of class action and individual lawsuits related to employment discrimination allegations, wage and hour claims, plus experience handling issues related to employee discipline, breach of restrictive covenants, unlawful harassment and retaliation, labor law and workplace investigations and trainings. OSHA experience a plus. Federal clerkship experience a plus. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills required.
