Job Description:Bradley's Construction Practice Group is seeking to add an associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office with two to five years of experience. Bradley's Construction team is ranked nationally by Chambers USA and represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and design professionals in both complex construction litigation/arbitration and transactional matters, including significant work on federal and government-adjacent construction projects. Our D.C. office attorneys frequently collaborate with the firm's Government Contracts practice on federal construction disputes and procurement issues, giving associates exposure to a broad range of public and private construction work.

Job Requirements:
- This position is for our Washington, DC office.
- 2–5 years of construction law experience (litigation, arbitration, and/or transactional) at a law firm or in-house legal department
- Admission to the D.C., Maryland, and/or Virginia bar (or eligibility for prompt admission)
- Experience with construction contracts, claims, or dispute resolution required
- Strong writing, analytical, and client-communication skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple active matters
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record
