Job Description:Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is seeking a Government Contracts Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join our nationally recognized Government Contracts Practice Group in our Washington, D.C. office. Bradley's D.C. office has built its reputation over the past two decades on deep experience in government contracts, construction, financial services regulation, government enforcement and investigations, and related fields, and our attorneys work closely with senior government officials and industry leaders to help clients navigate complex federal, state, and local procurement matters. Our Government Contracts team is regularly recognized by Chambers USA and Legal 500 for its bid protest, claims, and counseling work, representing contractors of all sizes before the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, boards of contract appeals, and federal agencies nationwide.

Job Requirements:
- This position is for our Washington, DC office.
- 2–4 years of government contracts experience at a law firm, federal agency, court, or in-house legal department
- Former Board or COFC clerks are preferred, but not required
- Admission to the D.C., Maryland, and/or Virginia bar (or eligibility for prompt admission)
- Bid protest and/or claims litigation experience strongly preferred
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced practice
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record
In compliance with the Wage Transparency Act, we disclose that the salary range for this position in Washington, DC is $215,000 - $260,000 annually. Compensation offered will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Bradley also offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and retirements benefits.
