The Washington, D.C. office of Holland & Knight seeks a mid-level to senior associate to join our Energy team. The position's primary objective will be to assist with U.S. Department of Energy Loan Program Office transaction work. The ideal candidate will have transaction experience with the DOE Loan Program Office and other government-backed lending programs through the Department of War (DoW) and the Export Import Bank of the U.S. (EXIM). Experience in project management, government contracting, application management, and program compliance, is a plus, as is experience in fast-paced environments.

Job Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.

The position may be filled in Washington, D.C. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in these locations is $310,000 - $390,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual
