We handle a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, with a focus on real estate, construction, business, employment, land use, municipal issues, and wills/trusts disputes. Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, client base, and productivity- ranging from $115,000 to $150,000- as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- An entrepreneurial and driven attorney who thrives in a client-focused, high-performance environment. Ideal candidates will bring:
- 3 - 8 years of civil litigation experience in Virginia.
- A Virginia law license in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
- Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
- Proven experience handling cases in Virginia state and federal courts.
- Ability to manage cases independently as well as work collaboratively with co-counsel and team members.
- A high level of organization and initiative.
- A personable, dynamic, and professional communication style.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- An interest in business development and expanding client relationships.
