Carlton Fields is seeking an associate with 4-5 years of business litigation experience within a law firm and must be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Excellent academic credentials and outstanding writing skills are required. Law Review or Clerkship experience is a plus. Experience with federal court litigation is also a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, in an environment where drive and client service are top priorities.
