Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Business Litigation practice group in its New York office. The candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working on complex commercial litigation matters, such as complex contract disputes, business torts, and partnership disputes. Ideal experience includes, but is not limited to, conducting research, writing memos, participating in discovery, and assisting with pre-trial memos. Interest in government enforcement/white collar work is a plus, as this role may include work on government investigations, criminal prosecutions, internal investigations, etc. Prior clerkship experience is a plus (not required). The candidate must have a superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills. The candidate must be admitted in New York and be in good standing.The estimated annual salary range for this position is $210,000-$260,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
