The New York office of Reed Smith is seeking a Junior Associate to join the Restructuring & Insolvency group, focusing on lender, agent, and company side workout and enforcement representations. Debt finance, corporate trust, as well as chapter 11 and chapter 15 bankruptcy experience are all valued. Bankruptcy Court clerkship or experience is also highly valued. The candidate will be joining a broad and diverse creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and insolvency practice and can expect to receive experience across the full range of matters handled by the group. $225,000- $235,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
