Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a junior Business Litigation Associate to join its Houston, Texas office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in Texas.Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.
- Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, managing and/or supervising litigation cases, as well as significant court room experience.
- Must be admitted to the Texas bar or eligible for immediate admission.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and interacting with clients.
- Federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred.
