Job Summary:
A Law Firm in Philadelphia, PA, a 30-attorney law firm representing business and commercial law clients in complex litigation and sophisticated transactional and corporate matters, is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of estates and trusts experience for a full-time position in its Center City Philadelphia location. Now in its 50th year of client service, our award-winning law firm is a community partner in the Philadelphia region with a dynamic team of entrepreneurial attorneys. Pennsylvania bar admission required; New Jersey and/or Florida bar admission a plus. In-office position with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications:
  • Understanding of estate planning, estate administration and trust administration
  • Experience with wills and trusts and knowledge of estate and gift taxation; income tax knowledge for trusts and estates
  • Experience in business matters (partnerships, LLCs, S corporations) including planning for families a plus
  • Charitable planning experience a plus

Education & Experience:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school. LL.M. a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in the estate planning and elder law industry
  • Existing client base preferred, with ability to service new referral clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Pennsylvania Bar admission required
