A National Boutique Law Firm is seeking to hire an associate attorney with 1-10+ years of experience to support its Philadelphia, PA office. Position requires experience in civil litigation. Duties include but are not limited to legal research, drafting pleadings, taking, and defending depositions, drafting, and answering discovery, trial preparation and trial assistance. Candidates must have experience in filing pleadings with State and Federal courts and appearing in Court.Qualifications and Skills:
Ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and must communicate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner. Willingness to travel for court appearances required. Admission to practice in the State of Pennsylvania is required. Admission to practice to West Virginia and Ohio a plus.
