As a Personal Injury Attorney at Personal Injury Attorneys & Car Accident Lawyers, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence. With your experience and expertise, you will guide clients through the legal process, ensuring they receive the compensation and justice they deserve. You will work alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional legal representation and fostering strong client relationships.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience and a strong commitment to advocating for clients in personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
  • Conduct thorough case evaluations, legal research, and analysis to develop effective strategies for each client's case.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents necessary for litigation and settlement negotiations.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients, striving to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their cases, answer questions, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cases are managed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Stay informed about changes in personal injury law, precedents, and legal developments to maintain a high level of expertise in the field.
  • Uphold ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and adversaries.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and barred in PA & NJ.
  • Admission to the state bar(s) and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a successful track record of handling cases from inception to resolution.
  • Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience and a proven ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in legal research software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
