Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice. Experience in asbestos litigation is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is also admitted in New Jersey.
