What You'll Do:
- Learn complex personal injury cases involving MVA, soft tissue damage, Dog bites, slip/falls, and broken bones.
- Learn to develop case strategies through in-depth legal research, witness interviews, and expert consultations.
- Work side-by-side with other experienced Personal Injury Attorney's on case preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial strategy.
- Conduct legal analysis and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring they are fully informed and supported throughout their case.
- Collaborate with a dedicated legal team to ensure each case is meticulously prepared and the opposition is outworked and out-prepared.
- Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
What We're Looking For:
- Candidates must hold a current license to practice law in Arizona.
- 1–3 years of experience in prosecution or defense, personal injury or medical malpractice.
- A deep commitment to fighting for individuals who have suffered severe and life-changing injuries.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills with an ability to construct compelling legal arguments.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence in every case.
- The ability to handle high-pressure, high-stakes cases with skill and tenacity.

- Creativity and resourcefulness in identifying legal strategies, expert witnesses, and case-building techniques.
- Experience in pre-litigation and courtroom litigation, including hearings and motion practice.
- Familiarity with Arizona court procedures and legal standards.
- Desire to grow into a broader litigation role with mentorship and support.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote collaboration.
