We are a well-established and highly respected Phoenix law firm handling both Personal Injury and Family Law cases. Our mission is to provide compassionate, dedicated, and effective legal representation to our clients.

We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse caseload involving both personal injury and family law matters, with a focus on client-centered advocacy and results.

As an Associate Attorney, you will be involved in all aspects of case preparation and legal proceedings, from initial client consultations to trial preparation and post-trial motions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both personal injury and family law, with a strong desire to help clients navigate challenging legal issues during difficult times.

Duties:

Handle a caseload involving personal injury claims (motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, etc.) and family law matters (divorce, child custody, spousal support, etc.).
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Represent clients in court, hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Advise clients on their legal rights and options in both personal injury and family law matters.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
Collaborate with paralegals and other legal professionals to ensure efficient case management.

Skills:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Arizona State Bar membership in good standing.
2+ years of experience in personal injury and/or family law practice (strong preference for candidates with experience in both).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong litigation skills with a proven ability to handle court appearances and client interactions.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
