A U.S. Law Firm with Eleven Offices Nationwide Commercial Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice is broad, and encompasses attorneys that focus on commercial bankruptcy, creditor's rights litigation, commercial restructuring and workouts, commercial finance, and commercial litigation. Applicants with prior experience in commercial restructuring, creditors' rights, and bankruptcy preferred, but applicants with commercial finance or commercial litigation will be considered if they have an interest in developing such practice within the Commercial Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group.
