Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury with your team from inception through resolution.
Lead and collaborate with the pre-litigation team to drive case strategy and progress.
Review demands, negotiate pre-litigation settlements, and resolve liens.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay current on relevant case law and statutes.
Draft pleadings, motions, CMC statements, and other legal documents with precision.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution.
Take and defend depositions effectively.
Act as second chair in trial when needed.
Provide sound legal advice and clear guidance to clients.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong litigation and negotiation skills with proven courtroom experience.
Experience reviewing demands, negotiating pre-litigation cases, and handling liens.
Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
Experience with case management, document preparation, and litigation support.
Team player with strong client-relations skills and leadership ability.
