Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury with your team from inception through resolution.
- Lead and collaborate with the pre-litigation team to drive case strategy and progress.
- Review demands, negotiate pre-litigation settlements, and resolve liens.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay current on relevant case law and statutes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, CMC statements, and other legal documents with precision.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution.
- Take and defend depositions effectively.
- Act as second chair in trial when needed.
- Provide sound legal advice and clear guidance to clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills with proven courtroom experience.
- Experience reviewing demands, negotiating pre-litigation cases, and handling liens.
- Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
- Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Experience with case management, document preparation, and litigation support.
- Team player with strong client-relations skills and leadership ability.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar CA with good standing.
- 1+ years of experience in Personal Injury as an attorney.
- Depositions experience
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
