We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled attorney to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload from intake to resolution
- Draft and review legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in negotiations, administrative hearings, and court proceedings
- Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal advice
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in California (Required)
- 1–3+ years of legal experience in Lemon Law, Immigration, or Personal Injury preferred
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage deadlines and caseload independently
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
