As we continue expanding our Los Angeles practice, we are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least three years of litigation experience who is ready to take the next step. This is not a volume practice or a behind-the-scenes role. You'll be given substantive responsibility, trusted judgment, and the opportunity to meaningfully develop your trial skills alongside seasoned litigators with national reputations.

This hybrid position requires 2–3 days per week in our Woodland Hills office, with flexibility based on trial schedules and case demands.

Compensation range: $130.000, plus growth-based incentive bonuses

Responsibilities:
What you will do:

Support all phases of complex litigation, from investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal memoranda with increasing responsibility
Assist in preparing for and taking depositions of fact witnesses and experts
Participate in case-strategy discussions and trial preparation alongside senior attorneys
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff
