Minella Law Group, APC is expanding and looking for a skilled, motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing family law team. We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of recent family law litigation experience. The ideal candidate is confident managing their own caseload, brings strong courtroom and negotiation skills, and has a proven ability to deliver excellent client service.
Requirements:
- Active member of the California State Bar
- 1–3 years of recent family law experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
- Deep familiarity with: California Rules of Court, San Diego Local Rules, Court forms & filing procedures, Discovery, pleadings and legal arguments
- Proficiency in MS Office, MyCase, DissoMaster, Essential Forms, etc.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to think creatively
