Well-established plaintiff's trial law firm is seeking attorneys to litigate and improve their skills. Qualified candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery
- Client consultations and hearing preparation
- Prepare for and conduct/defend depositions
- Draft and argue motions
- Assist with trial preparation
- Manage all aspects of discovery
- Work both independently and closely with other attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
- Admitted to New York required, and admitted to Federal is a plus
- Familiarity with NYSCEF, E-law and PACER
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, on-site
Salary commensurate based on experience level. All interviews are conducted in-person.
