Description:
Position Overview:You will gain immediate, hands-on experience in high-stakes litigation, working directly alongside seasoned trial attorneys on complex, high-profile matters. Immediate exposure to all phases of litigation, including conducting substantive legal research, drafting motions and briefs, preparing for and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and assisting at hearings and trial alongside experienced litigators.
Qualifications:
- Admitted and practicing attorney 2-4 years of litigation experience
- Admitted and Licensed in State of New York Required
- Experience attending court hearings, conferences, motions and defending depositions
- Law Review and/or Moot Court
- Able to handle cases from inception to conclusion with minor supervision
- Experience in drafting motions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for the law
- Interest in practicing Personal Injury/Labor Law

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $95,000.00-$125,000.00 annually. Please note that the final salary figure will be determined based on your experience, performance, and other factors. In addition to base pay, our compensation package includes a comprehensive a and generous benefits package.
