Description:
Immigration law firm in Dallas, TX is searching for an entry level associate attorney looking to pursue a career in immigration law and family law.This position will consist of working under supervision of family law attorney and work alongside immigration attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in immigration court, state court or before government agencies such as USCIS
- Actively review and manage caseload of family and immigration cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Research and develop case information and evidence
- Advise clients on legal matters
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Licensed as an attorney by the State of Texas
- No prior experience required: entry level position
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have excellent writing skills
