Team oriented law office north of Dallas looking for a entry-level attorney to work on our growing personal injury litigation docket.The ideal candidate is extremely interested in representing Plaintiff's in personal injury cases. No experience is necessary and but will be able to acquire in depth experience immediately.
This position will handle all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to filing, service, depos, mediation, trial and communicate with the clients on a regular basis.
We are looking for a Go Getter who is results oriented with great communication skills and is proactive in "making it happen."
This position requires regular litigation issues plus negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel, settling cases to meet monthly goals, reviewing case details and investigation, conducting file reviews, supervising a paralegal.
This position is entry level with opportunity for growth.
