Boutique construction law firm seeks litigation associate with 2-5 years of experience. Position involves advising clients regarding complex disputes, including pre-litigation risk management and all elements of litigation (pleadings, motions practice, written discovery, depositions, and litigation). Ideal candidate will have trial experience and/or construction experience, with passion for advocacy. Candidate must be admitted to practice in VA, with admission in DC and MD a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
