What You'll Do:

You will be the lead litigator for our cases in Winchester, Frederick County, and down the I-81 corridor to Harrisonburg. This position focuses heavily on post-suit litigation.
Lead the Charge: Take ownership of high-value personal injury files from complaint through verdict.
Litigate: Lead contested hearings in Circuit Courts, conduct depositions, and manage discovery strategy.
First-Chair Trials: You will be the lead voice in the courtroom for jury and bench trials.
Production, Not Admin: You will have paralegal support to handle the paperwork. Your job is to be on your feet, not stuck behind a desk.

Who We Need
We are looking for a "Hunter" - someone who wants to win and wants to be paid for winning.

Experience: 5+ years of litigation experience. You must be comfortable walking into a courtroom tomorrow.
The "Right Stuff": No specific PI experience? That's okay. If you are an exceptional civil litigator or former prosecutor with the right drive, we will teach you the medical science and the PI playbook.
Tech Savvy: We run a modern, digital firm.
Logistics: Virginia Bar Admission (Good Standing), clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required. You must be willing to travel to courts in Winchester and Harrisonburg regularly.
