Grow With Us, and One Day Lead an OfficePanchenko Law Firm is a fast-growing bilingual PI and workers' comp firm serving clients across the Carolinas in English, Russian, and Spanish. We're a close-knit team that fights hard for injured people, and we're opening our third location in South Carolina. We want an attorney who is ready to grow into a leadership role at one of our offices.
What You'll Do:
- Own a caseload of PI and workers' comp cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Negotiate with adjusters, handle depositions and mediations, and appear in court and before the NC and SC Workers' Comp Commissions
- Be the attorney our clients trust during one of the hardest times in their lives
Who You Are:
- Ideal: Experienced in PI and workers' comp and licensed in both NC and SC
- At minimum: Licensed in NC and willing to sit for the SC bar
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking in court and in the community
- Hungry to learn, grow, and win
