Description:Managing Attorney – Charlotte Office (Founding Office Leader)
Marshall & Taylor, PLLC is expanding into Charlotte, and we're looking for an exceptional family law attorney to become the Managing Attorney and Founding Office Leader of our newest office. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead one of Charlotte's premier family law practices while enjoying the support, reputation, systems, and resources of an established and highly respected North Carolina family law firm. As we expand into Charlotte, we are seeking a leader who shares our values and is excited to build something extraordinary.
This is not simply another senior attorney position — it is a leadership opportunity for an accomplished family law attorney who is ready to help shape the future of a growing firm. You will have primary responsibility for the legal direction of our Charlotte office, oversee the attorney team as it grows, handle the firm's most sophisticated family law matters, establish the standard of legal excellence for the office, and partner directly with firm ownership to build a thriving practice in one of North Carolina's fastest-growing legal markets.
The ideal candidate is more than an accomplished family law litigator — you're a confident leader who enjoys solving difficult legal problems, mentoring other attorneys, and building a successful practice. You understand that exceptional family law representation requires not only outstanding legal ability, but empathy, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and leadership. You take ownership, inspire confidence in clients and colleagues, and lead by example. Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to build and lead a thriving office — not simply manage your own caseload.
If you've built an outstanding career and are looking for greater influence, greater autonomy, and the opportunity to create something lasting, we'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
