Winstead PC is seeking a 4 - 8 year attorney for a position with our Real Estate Finance practice (https://www.winstead.com/Practices/Real-Estate-Finance-Default-Resolution-Servicing) group in Charlotte. The role is a growth position with a clear path toward advancement in the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:- Finance Transactions: Experience with lending, real estate and experience with timeline and pace of sophisticated finance transactions.
- Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
- Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
