What You'll Do:
We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Associate Attorney to join one of our busiest teams. As an Associate, you will work alongside a dynamic team handling some of our most complex and interesting personal injury cases. Our ideal candidate for this role has experience with civil litigation, has taken cases to trial and is a team player. A "go getter" mentality is a must!
What You Need:
- 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation;
- Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar;
- Experience drafting and responding to motions, taking and defending depositions, developing case strategies and taking cases to trial;
- Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
