As an Associate Attorney at Tiveron Law, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, attorneys, and professional staff on a variety of legal matters. Associates are encouraged to develop their legal skills, take ownership of their work, and contribute meaningfully to the success of both their clients and the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases independently from start to finish.
- Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case records.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New York.
- Previous experience required.
- Litigation experience preferred.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting with attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
- Strong academic background with a solid work ethic.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
