Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn directly from our award-winning trial lawyers, whose mentorship and high standards will sharpen your legal instincts, deepen your understanding of litigation, and expose you to trial preparation at the highest level.
  • Draft legal correspondence and client-facing documents that communicate clearly and professionally, helping move cases forward and build trust with clients.
  • Organize and hands on case management by maintaining accurate spreadsheets, updating case timelines, and ensuring important deadlines and court dates are always met.
  • Coordinate complex calendars for attorneys, court events, and client meetings with precision and proactive communication.
  • Engage directly with clients, serving as a point of contact for follow-ups, and status updates—ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their case.
  • Participate in court events, giving you hands-on exposure to Florida's legal system and valuable insight into how legal arguments unfold in real time.
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar to streamline communication and task management across the team.
  • Contribute to the firm's success by embracing a "no job too small" mindset—taking on new projects and responsibilities with enthusiasm and a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • A client-first attitude, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful and professional.
  • Family Law experience is a plus. We are seeking someone eager to learn and grow in the role.
  • Familiarity with client management software such as Clio is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
