Weiner, Millo, Morgan & Bonanno is a thriving Midtown, New York, based Insurance Defense Firm, that is currently seeking a candidate for the position of litigation associate to our Insurance Defense Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant legal experience within the litigation sphere and will possess strong writing, research, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and handle cases from inception all the way through to trial.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review documents obtained directly from the client or throughout the discovery process
- Draft reports and legal documents in defense of the case from inception to trial
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure a cohesive process
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience handling cases from inception to trial.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, and interpersonal skills, along with being self-motivated
