Description:The Manhattan, New York office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C., (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Premises Liability, General Liability, and New York Labor Law practice groups. This is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced litigators, contribute to case strategy, and interact directly with clients in a growing office environment. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred. Candidates must be active members in good standing with the New York State Bar. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
