We are an established and growing South Florida based Estate Planning law firm seeking a highly motivated entry level Associate Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in trusts and estates and a passion for helping clients. Applicants should reside in North Palm Beach County, Martin County or St. Lucie County as some travel will be required between our offices in Boynton Beach and Port St. Lucie.Responsibilities include drafting and finalizing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, advising clients on estate planning strategies, and representing clients in probate proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Florida bar
- 0-3 years of experience in estate planning law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
License/Certification:
- Bar (Required)
