Description:
The Tampa office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking a junior
associate with at least 2 years of litigation experience to join our
Product Liability Litigation practice group. This position would involve
working on both national and local litigation matters, where an
associate would have case management responsibility and would be given
opportunities to take and defend depositions and appear in court. Shook,
Hardy & Bacon partners are committed to providing mentorship and
training to associates to ensure their long-term success at Shook.
Eligible candidates must be licensed in Florida, have litigation
experience, excellent writing and research skills, and thrive in a
collaborative environment. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. This
position is not open to recruitment agencies or third-party recruiters.
