Ideal candidates for this position should have:
- Washington Worker's Compensation experience
- Court/trial experience
- Ability to make critical decisions rapidly
- Strong negotiation skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to positively interact with clients, Department of Labor & Industries personnel, SIE claims mangers, vocational counselors and healthcare providers.
- Strong time management skills to effectively manage a mature caseload.
