Position Overview–Associate Attorney (Wenatchee Office)
Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Wenatchee office in a case-managing role. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload while working closely with a dedicated support team. The role combines litigation, negotiation, and case management responsibilities, with a strong focus on client advocacy and achieving meaningful outcomes.
As a case-managing Associate Attorney, you will oversee matters from client intake through resolution, including litigation and trial work. You will lead and mentor a team—typically consisting of a paralegal and a legal assistant—while collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates will bring the following experience and skills:
- Managing cases from client intake through claim resolution
- Litigation and trial experience, including strong oral and written advocacy skills
- Case management, negotiation, and settlement experience with proven results
- Minimum of one to three years of relevant legal experience
- Active member of the Washington State Bar in good standing
- Prior personal injury law experience strongly preferred
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team typically consisting of a paralegal and a legal assistant
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a client-centered and compassionate approach
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
- Commitment to community engagement and professional development, aligning with the firm's mission and values
- High ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
