If you are a few years into estate planning or probate administration, you have already noticed what AI is doing to drafting and administration work. The parts of a legal career that will hold their value are the parts a machine cannot do: cross-examining a trustee, persuading a judge that a will was the product of undue influence, sitting across from a grieving family and telling them the truth about their case. Your knowledge of how instruments are drafted and how estates are administered is the foundation; we will train you in the courtroom and give you room to grow into a practice of your own.
