Overview:Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) is seeking experienced Trial Attorneys with first and second chair experience in complex product liability, toxic tort litigation, and multidistrict litigation (MDL) to join our national trial teams.

GRSM is a leader in environmental, chemical, asbestos, cosmetic and industrial talc, and other toxic tort litigation. We have a proven record of success at trial, on appeal, and through efficient cost-effective settlements. Our trial attorneys aggressively litigate cases in all 50 states and in mass-tort litigation.
We are seeking established leaders with a strong courtroom presence and demonstrated track record of results. Candidates must have significant experience in:
- Litigation and Complex Discovery
- Oral Advocacy
- Trial Strategy and Case Evaluation
- Jury Selection
- Evidentiary Rules and Cross-Examination
- Working with Clients, Experts, Witnesses, and Opposing Counsel
The ideal candidate will also bring persuasive writing and speaking skills, proven research abilities, a strong academic background, and the capacity to work both independently and within a collaborative trial team.
Prior complex product liability and toxic tort litigation trial experience is required. Candidates must reside and be admitted to practice in the United States.

These positions can be based in any of our U.S. offices with remote flexible options for successful candidates.
These positions are open to all experience levels. The anticipated yearly salary can range between $200,000-$275,000. Partner-level candidates with a portable book of business are also welcome to apply and can earn between $200,000-$500,000, or more. The ideal minimum portable book of business is valued at $1M+. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
