Description:
A Personal Injury Lawyer is seeking an Attorney who will serve as an advocate, advisor and counselor to clients, lead and manage the litigation team members, and ensure that settlements and verdicts for clients are maximized while practicing law ethically and responsibly. The Attorney must have the ability to handle a docket from inception to trial. A Personal Injury Lawyer is looking for someone who shares our vision, passion and dedication for helping our clients live well.Duties/Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manages docket of personal injury cases.
- Manages and executes all aspects of litigation including depositions, motions, legal research, writing, mediations, trials, and other legal activities/documents.
- Communicates with clients by phone, email, and in person.
- Assures that each case is proactively prepared and organized to maximize recovery.
- Directs, reviews, and approves the work of Pod (team) members.
- Settles and tries cases.
Education & Experience:
- Juris Doctor
- Admission to the State Bar of Georgia
- 5+ years practicing Personal Injury law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
